They’re so self-determined strengthening themselves and turning their emotional pain into wisdom, I’m left completely impressed and inspired. 3️⃣ Forgive yourself honey! It’s not a mistake if you LEARN, it therefore becomes a LESSON. That’s how my AIT’s are learning to look at long and short pasts of missteps, faulty judgements, and decisions stemming from fears, toxic family systems, unhealthy learned behaviors and biases, and other icky stuff that contributed to a life misaligned and faulty intuitive mechanisms. Guilt, fears, and negativity impact and impair the intuitive faculties! 4️⃣ PRACTICE SELF-CARE BY GETTING IN SOME ALONE TIME! Some AIT’s are learning how to demand their right to their alone time so they are able to really think through their decisions without letting themselves be rushed and manipulated into more missteps that take them further from their ikigai. Other AIT’s are learning to use their alone time in a better way, to move away from stewing in angst, worry, and regret moving closer to rejuvenation and treating the self kindly with kinder thoughts. 5️⃣ Last but not least: LAUGH!!! Find a way and a reason to laugh every single day. Now we have film projects rocking and rolling above and beyond what I could have asked for if I went to Hollywood at 18 as an actress. What I love most about his photos is that they’re all unedited like this one he took of me, max respect!! It was just the break I needed while we met up with friends, talked cars, shot, walked the old city and had donuts and coffee— A great outing before the final push, as I wanted to finish by Monday.
