Every little girl and every little boy deserves unlimited and constant love and kindness so they feel valued for exactly who they are. Every. Single. One of us. 1️⃣ Me, my unlined lips, and my big forehead are ALL back on Snapchat! 2️⃣ Arteagan in Training are soaking up their first week! They’re so self-determined strengthening themselves and turning their emotional pain into wisdom, I’m left completely impressed and inspired. 3️⃣ Forgive yourself honey! It’s not a mistake if you LEARN, it therefore becomes a LESSON. That’s how my AIT’s are learning to look at long and short pasts of missteps, faulty judgements, and decisions stemming from fears, toxic family systems, unhealthy learned behaviors and biases, and other icky stuff that contributed to a life misaligned and faulty intuitive mechanisms. Guilt, fears, and negativity impact and impair the intuitive faculties! 4️⃣ PRACTICE SELF-CARE BY GETTING IN SOME ALONE TIME! Some AIT’s are learning how to demand their right to their alone time so they are able to really think through their decisions without letting themselves be rushed and manipulated into more missteps that take them further from their ikigai. Other AIT’s are learning to use their alone time in a better way, to move away from stewing in angst, worry, and regret moving closer to rejuvenation and treating the self kindly with kinder thoughts. 5️⃣ Last but not least: LAUGH!!! Find a way and a reason to laugh every single day. Collaborating with Alex Pissios President of Cinespace Studios Chicago ( @cinespace_chicago ) was the turning point for me that solidified me as a real screenwriter. Now we have film projects rocking and rolling above and beyond what I could have asked for if I went to Hollywood at 18 as an actress. He gave me a chance to write the biggest stories of the biggest names in the world and I “knocked it out of the ballpark” ⚾️ What a wild ride it’s been! I would’ve never been given the chance to listen to the inside track into Old Hollywood and the JFK Administration so I can write about William Randolph Hearst, Joe Kennedy and his son Jack, Jackie Onassis, Grace Kelly, Frank Sinatra, Marilyn Monroe, Orson Welles, Howard Hughes, Cary Grant, Gene Tierney, Lana Turner, Bobby Kennedy, Porfirio Rubirosa, C.B Wrightsman, Emilio Pucci, Stash Radziwill, Franklin Roosevelt Jr., Gianni Agnelli, Mary Astor, Charlie Chaplin, and a zillion more movie stars, political heavyweights, and bloodlined members of the Aristocracy.
